Email is the fastest way to reach us and lets you attach a screenshot. We usually reply within 24–48 hours on working days.

Reporting an error in a paper

If a question, option, solution, or answer key looks wrong, please tell us. We take accuracy seriously and correct verified issues quickly — usually the same day for a clear key or typing error.

Report it straight from the test page (fastest): you don't have to wait until the test is over — the report link is available on every question.

  1. While attempting any previous year paper or mock test, look just below the four options for ⚠ Report a problem with this question.
  2. Click it and choose what is wrong — wrong answer key, wrong option, missing or unclear figure, Hindi translation issue, or a typing mistake — and add a line of detail if you can.
  3. Submit. The paper name, question number and your selected option are attached automatically, so you don't have to type them out.
  4. Your test is not disturbed — the timer keeps running as usual and your answer stays saved, so you can report and move straight on to the next question.

The same link appears on the Solution screen after you submit, so you can also report anything you spot while going through the explanations.

Tip: a missing or broken image usually means the figure for that question is still being uploaded. Reporting it moves that paper to the top of our fix list.

Every report is checked against the official SSC paper or answer key before any change is made, so please share the source if you have one. We do not remove a question just because the answer is disputed — we verify it first.
