By accessing or using trickyssc.com and its test pages (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Disclaimer.

Use of the Service

TrickySSC provides SSC previous year papers, full-length mock tests, chapter-wise tests and practice sets, solutions, study notes and related material for your personal, non-commercial educational use. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content, or copy, resell, republish or redistribute our content — including question sets, solutions and PDFs — without our written permission.

Accounts

You need an account to attempt tests and save your results. You agree to provide accurate details, to keep your login secure, and not to share your account with others. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, is used to share paid content, or is used in a way that harms the Service or other users.

Paid plans and payments

• Parts of the Service are free; other parts require a paid plan. What is included in a plan, and its price, are shown on the relevant page at the time of purchase.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. We do not collect or store your card, UPI or netbanking credentials.
• Access is granted to a single user account for the stated period and begins once payment is confirmed. A plan is personal to you and is not transferable.
• We may change prices at any time. A change does not affect a plan you have already paid for during its remaining term.
• Refunds, where available, are governed by our Refund Policy.

Accuracy of content

We take accuracy seriously and verify our papers against official sources wherever possible. Even so, we do not warrant or guarantee that the questions, options, answer keys, solutions, explanations, translations or study material on the Service are complete, current or free of errors. This applies to previous year papers, mock tests, chapter-wise tests and practice sets alike. Mock tests and chapter-wise tests are prepared by us on the pattern of the examination; they are practice material and are not actual or predicted SSC papers. Typing errors, wrong keys, missing figures and translation differences can occur, and official answer keys are themselves sometimes revised after challenges.

All content is provided for practice purposes only and must be cross-checked against official SSC papers, keys and notifications published at ssc.gov.in. If you find an error, please report it using the report link on the question itself or write to us — we verify and correct confirmed issues.

Not affiliated with SSC

TrickySSC is an independent education platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Staff Selection Commission or any government body, and we have no role in recruitment, evaluation or results. Names of examinations are used only to describe the material they relate to.

Availability of the Service

We aim to keep the Service running, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control such as network, hosting or third-party failures. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service, including individual papers or features.

Intellectual property

The TrickySSC name, logo, design, software and original content — including our solutions, explanations, translations, notes and compilations — belong to TrickySSC and are protected by law. Previous year questions are compiled from publicly available examination papers for educational purposes; rights in those papers remain with their respective owners. You may use the material for your own preparation, but you may not reproduce it commercially or present it as your own.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, TrickySSC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service, including loss arising from reliance on an incorrect question, answer key or solution. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for a deficiency in a paid service under applicable consumer law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest revision, and continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh shall have jurisdiction, without affecting any right you may have to approach a consumer forum where you reside.
