This Privacy Policy explains how TrickySSC ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use trickyssc.com and its test pages (together, the "Service"). Please read it together with our Terms.

Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address and mobile number when you create an account or sign in (for example, through Google sign-in or a one-time password sent to your phone).
• Usage and performance data: the tests you attempt, your answers, scores, time taken, section-wise accuracy and progress — this is what lets us show your result, rank and analysis.
• Payment information: if you buy a paid plan, we record that a payment was made, its status, amount, date and the transaction reference returned by our payment gateway. We never see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or bank credentials — those are handled entirely by the gateway.
• Content you send us: error reports on questions or solutions, ratings, feedback, and any email or message you send us.
• Technical data: standard log and analytics data such as device type, browser, approximate region, referring page and pages viewed.

We do not ask for and do not want sensitive information such as Aadhaar or PAN numbers, caste or category certificates, bank statements or exam admit cards. Please do not send these to us.

How we use information

• To create and secure your account and keep you signed in.
• To run tests, save your attempts, and show your score, rank and analysis.
• To process payments and give you access to what you have paid for.
• To fix errors reported in questions, solutions and answer keys.
• To understand which papers and features are used, and to improve them.
• To send service messages — for example, an OTP, a payment confirmation, or a notice about a change to the Service. We do not sell your number to advertisers.
• To detect and prevent misuse, fraud and abuse of the Service.

Payments

Paid plans are processed through a third-party payment gateway. When you pay, you are redirected to the gateway's own secure interface and enter your payment details there, not on our page. The gateway shares back with us only what we need to unlock your access — your name, contact details, the amount, the payment status and a transaction ID. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Third-party services we rely on

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the platform. Each processes only limited data on our behalf and has its own privacy policy.

Cookies and local storage

We use cookies, browser local storage and session storage to keep you signed in, remember your language choice, hold your answers safely while a test is in progress, and reduce repeated loading of the same data. Analytics cookies help us understand how the Service is used. You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings, but sign-in and test-saving will not work correctly without them.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by emailing contact@trickyssc.com from your registered email address. Records we are required to keep for tax and accounting purposes, such as payment and transaction records, are retained as required by law.

Children's privacy

The Service is intended for exam aspirants who meet the eligibility age for the examinations concerned. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the age set by applicable law without verifiable consent from a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has given us personal information, write to us and we will delete it.

Where your data is processed

Our database is hosted in India, but some providers listed above may process limited data (such as analytics) on servers outside India. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards offered by those providers.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest revision, and material changes will be notified on the site. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the revised policy.
