  1. Duplicate Payment. If a user is charged multiple times for the same product or subscription due to a technical or payment gateway error, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
  2. Technical Access Issues. If a purchased product remains inaccessible due to a technical issue from our side and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 working days of receiving the complaint, a refund may be considered.

  8. Usage of Product. Once a user has accessed, attempted, downloaded, viewed, or utilized a substantial portion of the purchased content, the product becomes non-refundable.
